The focal point of this equestrian haven is the meticulously designed outdoor arena, spanning 100 feet by 200 feet. Precision-engineered, it features a laser-graded surface layered with 8 inches of blue stone dust and 1 1/2 inches of coarse masonry sand. Enhancing functionality, a covered viewing area allows for optimal observation during training sessions, complemented by additional training amenities including a round pen and a secondary ring with a 60-foot diameter.
